Likes: I really enjoy this ball. For the price it gives you a highend performance reaction. I drilled my Grip for fresh patterns and heavy house patterns. This ball performs great by reading well and accurately in the middle of the lane and great continuation. The surface is also very manipulative by sanding it it hooks fairly early and at a smoother surface it works great on your typical house patterns.

Likes: The Grip is a solid oil ball at a great price! Lots of "grip" had to say it. The ball has great midlane roll and an extremely continuous backend. It wants to keep coming. The ball's motion is very easy to read and gives me lots of confidence on the lanes. Put a smooth Dual Angle layout for me and my lower track of 65 4 1/2" pin 45 to the VAL. This ball for my slower speed is a true oil ball that doesn't show signs of quit on the backend. Reacts more like a symmetrical ball. Can't use it on drier fronts OOB with the 2000 abralon. Took it to 4000 and that enabled me to get 3 games out of the ball on a THS. On Kegel Challenge Pattern Route 66 ball was a beast! Good midlane opened up the pocket for me and carry was excellent. Great ball for the buck! Definitely a benchmark ball for AMF.
