which ball
« on: April 10, 2011, 02:48:41 PM »
Hey everybody a friend of mine owes me a bowling ball and I'm missing a heavy oil ball in my bag right now. So I have narrowed it down to a few different balls including the omg, the storm vg nano, a world beater or a black panther. Just curious as to what everybody would suggest and the pluses and minuses for each ball. My stats are about 18 mph, very little axis tilt and not a lot of revs. Any help us appreciated thanks.

I would suggest that you look at the Roto Grip Theory. It is the best oil ball I have ever thrown. Otherwise from the list you gave, I would say go with the Nano I have seen a lot of them and they give a great reaction.

I wouldnt recommend the nano. Its got mor lentgh then the original.and last night in league there was a guy using one and my omg was burning up from lack of oil, I was using a rising star on the same line he was throwing, definitely not a heavy oil ball from what I have seen, maybe a good medium ball ,but not heavy,I think the omg is a much better choice i have 2 one pin over bridge and one pin under they are both pretty strong and early.

I would look at the World Beater or OMG, I am currently using the Pure Physics (rated just below the World Beater) as my oil ball and it has been money for me when I find a heavy oil pattern.

Good luck!
