A+ Customer Service

I just wanted everybody to know that I had an issue that required attention, and Eric/AMF/900G responded quickly, professionally, and did what was needed to earn my trust in their company. I'm not going to get into what I had going on, but it was expertly handled. I'm a believer guys...keep up the good work!

I can only go back as far as 2004, but the bowling ball division of AMF has always been very good with customer service.

Dale and Eric are ALWAYS very polite and a pleasure to talk to. They can and will take the time when answering the phone or email, whether it is about a tech question, a purchase, or an issue as Nova had, they are always there. Quickly becoming my favorite company as the new line is more complete and works well with my game.

Eric is hands down the best guy I have ever dealt with,he takes care of problems very fast and always contacts me back when I message him even though hes a busy guy.

plus hes with AMF which I have loved for many,many years.

hes the top on my list of people I would deal with thats for sure.
