Title: 300 thank yous to Tekneek and Clutch!

After answering many more questions for me than should be expected, and after changing balls from my initial order, I took my new Clutch drilled by Tekneek to the lanes today for practice. First time with Tekneek, first time with AMF for 15-20 years. I threw four shots, realized I should put it away until I was warmed up, and threw 4 other balls during practice.

At the end, I had one game left in me and figured it was time to finish with the Clutch. FIGJAM or not, I rolled 300 right out of the box, no kidding, breaking a 4 year dry spell for me.

Funny thing is, I actually didn't expect a lot out of this ball. It was a test, a ball with way too high Rg and too low a diff for what normally gives me good results. I had heard many good things about Tekneek though, and took his advice. He was right... I could see the ball lope a little, but it broke nicely  off the pattern, hit with authority, and kept the pins low...

Thanks to Tekneek for putting up with the questions and changes, and thanks to AMF. One game does not make a review, or even a good opinion, but it's a heck of a start and performed wonderfully compared to everything else I was throwing...

good shooting. he drilled mine too, but didnt get same score first game. the ball is really good. going to put some polish on mine.

I'm still waiting for mine to come in!  But I agree, Steve is very patient and helpful in answering my questions regarding different balls he had for sale, and also offered to layout the ball for me, although this was after it was already shipped and I had a question for him, so I missed out.  That's ok, because Steve is a guy I will continue support.  Art

couldn't give a crippled crab a crutch to cross the creek! ..  Other than that, life is good.

The Clutch is an awesome piece. I was high on the pair on my league with 680. This is a tough house, mucho OB, outside of 8 unplayable, doubles handicap score of 480 was high !
This ball outperformed Virtual Gravity, Evolve, Rouge Cell, Pinslashers, and
Hot Sauce Pearls on my pair. Other than Axewelder and myself, not much AMF and Global in the NW Side of Chicago and Suburbs. We are trying to get the exposure up over here ! Going to drill up both of my Hypes this weekend. Way to go AMF, good stuff !

Thanks to all. It''s been a welcome addition to my arsenal. Used it again after practice (of course) with good results, but was suffering cranila rectomitis on my side. My fault, not the ball''s. Bottom line though, we bowl on a really tough left side condition with all lefties down 20-30 sticks avg from normal. Using the Clutch last week was the first night my team actually said they liked the reaction of anything I''ve been throwing...
