I can sort of mention how Track's works..but it could be different from one brand to another even though we are both under the Columbia umbrella. Plus, I am no longer Advisory, so the program may have changed since I went to Pro Shop staff.

Hello im part of the AMF staff over in europe and i get 6-8 balls a year. plus bags shirts, and accessories. All major realeses aswell. Hope this helps

Advisory Staff works just like other staff positions in that you have to fill out a resume and get accepted.  Once accepted to the Advisory staff you get all balls at set prices.  Advisory you have to pay for everything and still have to only use the companies products.
