AMF Super Customer Service

I had problems with my SUPREME JUSTICE. Didn't bother posting on BR but went straight to AMF CUSTOMER SERVICE! Within a days time I was advised by them to send the ball back to AMF and they gave me an address and a person to note ATTENTION to!

I did as advised and send the ball back via FED EX! It was a week before FED EX delivered .. today would be about 9 calendar days since the delivery back to AMF!

Today I received a NIB NIGHT HAWK. I could not be more satisfied! It was the ball I would have asked for if they would have offered me a choice.

Thanks you AMF .. you were my company of choice before getting involved with your Customer service .. this interface proves that I made the RIGHT CHOICE. Thanks again!

I have really been an AMF supporter for many years,I had a Titan crack and I believe Eric is going to take care of it soon,with them (AMF)they are #1 in my book,I was hoping to sent my damaged Titan out to them but,due to wifes injuries and Christmas so close,money is tight,kids comes first.

sure would love a 16lb Radar Alert for Christmas.

Eric, the AMF rep on here, is one of the nicest guys you will ever meet...you would never know what he does when talking to him, he is very down to earth...

you will have no problems with Eric,hes top notch as is his company AMF.

I've had companies send me a replacement out before I sent the damaged one back,thats service.

you never know.

AMF provides outstanding service.  They make GREAT bowling balls!  Don't know why it's so hard to get bowlers to try them!  I throw nothing else!
