Has anybody tried the new Triumph?!? I'm really excited about this ball.. I'm saving up money to get it as soon as I can..

Nobody tried it yet? Judging from the specs this ball seems to have real potential.

I too would be interested to hear from anyone that's tried the Triumph, but with AMF's image currently in the toilet, it may be a while before we see any AMF balls on the racks.

The AMF Victory is one hell of a ball.  If the Triumph is anywhere need as good, it could be a winner.  Just need to get people to be willing to throw AMF again...

seems too much like too many balls out there right now:
Mojo, Inferno, Spell, Freak-Out, X-Factor, Diesel Particle pearl,  Eraser Particle pearl, Pure Fuel, Icon, Icon2, Nighthawk SPT, Victory SPT, etc, etc. ....

Yes, every ball is slightly to medium different, depending on your particular oil pattern and your release, but they are all VERY similar.
 
The Triumph better be darned different if AMF wants it to suvive!

Marketing a ball under the AMF brand does seem like an upwards climb nowadays. Not like in the eighties when the Angle ruled (I am assuming they sold a lot of those balls at the time). The Triumph does look interesting - but so do a lot of the other stuff that's out there. Maybe that's why the Triumph looks like it does; it is meant to appeal to the widest market possible. It will be kind of interesting to see what other moves Columbia will make to sell more AMF balls. Anyone seen anything yet?
