Clutch stopped?

I'm just checking if this is true, but a friend of mine said that the Clutch is now stopped due to some kind of legal action by another ball company.  Anybody heard anything about this?  I know that they are available through some shops now, but has the sales or future sales been stopped?

I wonder if Ebonite has anything to do with it. The core in the Clutch (if I'm remembering the right ball) looks virtually identical to the one in the Dyno-Thane Threshold. I'm wondering now if the rights to that core didn't get transferred to Ebonite with the buyout of Dyno-Thane.

A possibility if the rumor is valid. It wouldn't surprise me a bit. I do not understand the legality of the core thing without a patent or trademark. 900G has changed the densities to arrive at different core numbers, unless it has to do with the naming of the ball. Just sit tight and let the powers to be verify or deny the posted claim.

probably be more comfortable playing in the Sahara ... LOL   yesterday was BRUTAL here in NYC!!! and Long Island wasn't any better!
