Title: Future of AMF?
Post by: hskrntx on April 01, 2007, 10:14:13 AM
Has anyone heard anything at all about what's going to happen to AMF?  Is it done as a ball manufacturer?

everything I have heard from inside sources at AMF is they are not done and are up to the challenge and are searching for someone to pour the stuff.

Well, I really hope they find a way!  They were really making some fantastic gear recently!

I'd really like to see some of Visionary's solid resin coverstocks (Like the Ogre's and the B/G Centaur's) on the Radar's Tower core.

Then again, the Brunswick's Activator+ might also work well on the Tower core.

Now that makes sense!!!!  Love my Radar and the tall core is the schnits!

Jeff should run a ball company!

AMF never manufactured their own brand balls.  Most of the earlier AMF balls were made by Ebonite starting from the Black Angle.
Recently AMF sort of leased the brand name to C300.  Wonder who will produce their balls now?
