My Night Hawk Pearl cracked, so I called and they told me to send pics and a serial number, so I did...at 2:38PM.

At 2:42PM, I got this email:

"Please send us your shipping information and ball weight please and we will get a replacement out to you.

WOW!!! 4 MINUTES!!!

These guys are untouchable as far as customer service goes!! They know how to keep my business!!
