Title: Hawk vs En Fuego
Post by: Buckwild on May 13, 2003, 04:23:20 PM
In one of the other posts about good deals on AMF Equipment, I checked the place out. They had (in 15 lbs) the original Hawk, and the En Fuego. Are there any differences between these two, and if I had to choose one, which would be the best choice? I went there last week ,and picked up an Angle Evolution Tour II, and a Kick.

Check the specs. Except for the cover color, and possibly the cover finish (the En Fuego is 1500 grit dull; the Hawk is 1000 grit dull.) the balls have the same core (2.58 RG and .047 differential), and the same cover, Columbia's Super-Flex.

So if I brought the Enfuego's surface down to 1000, essentially I will have a Hawk? Crazy!
