I tried to take brighter photos, but it seems so dull that it soaked up all the light. #blackhole #smoothanddark

OK... wow. This is my mini review. Threw this and my Network last night. This is the type of reaction that I would think of when I think "really strong IQ Tour Solid". Due to the surface and the drill, I had the world. First 3 shots went high flush, high flush, stone 9. Ball never jumped. Super readable, super strong, and super smooth. Pitched a couple into the dry a bit early, and it turned and kept coming. Yanked a couple into the SOUP, ball tipped where other balls don't and carried. Bowled on a leftover mixed league shot, with 43 feet in the middle between 10 and 10. I got in to about 20 and had room. I never get into 20 at this house and have carry.

this ball is super smooth and continuous. I have averaged 250 with it in the 7 weeks of throwing it with my lowest series being a 740. Ball is super predictable. Great performance. Compliments the Incinerate Pearl and Network very nicely.

it looks like this ball the Darkness and the Incinerates are all based on the great tower core in the Radars!

I have two sitting in the garage.  One the Radar Alert (pear Particle) the other the Radar Lock(pearl).

Hmmmm, maybe I should break that bad boy out!

     Did you keep yours at the OOB surface? I just got one drilled up and am hoping to throw it in league next week, just curious. Thanks.

Jorge,

I did keep mine at oob, but prepare to keep moving. Bowling by myself 4 games with my son (nonfactor) I ended up about 10 left with my feet and 6 with my eyes.ball still made it up the hill, but it's oil HUNGRY.

Not sure if I can throw it or not in league....not sure there is enough oil. I want to try to get inside of everyone else. Getting tired of having 2 good games and then the lanes turning into a wet/dry nightmare for game 3. A few weeks ago it was so bad, I was trying to throw a pearl Karma on the outside and going high, but couldn't get a Reax Pearl to come up if I moved into the track. I even tried my original Reax, and that hit the pocket, but to the tune of 2 flat 10's, so not enough oil for that, but the surface was at 1000 abralon from when I was bowling a Sport shot league in the past. I am hopeful the Darkness @ 4000 will give me enough to play in the oil but not be too strong that it burns itself up, we shall see.

Mine never burned up, per say... I just kept moving in. YMMV.
