I haven't really kept up with AMF much since the days of the Angle Evolution Tour, TNT, Terminla Velocity, Radar Alert.
But I was looking over the Release dates for their Heavy Oil balls over the last 9-10 years or so, and it seems that they like to release a new one every 1.5-2 years around the month of January (give or take a month or 2).
And I believe the OMG was released in April 2011, so if AMF keeps to that schedule then it would be getting close to another Heavy Oil Release to replace the last one.
Anybody heard anything?

I know it's not amf but 900 pours amf but the freight train has been a great heavy oil ball for me so far and i have been using the Cobra special addition after that is too much.

Currently AMF has the Green Mamba and Mamba Hybrid (both at F74). Both feature the SRC core from the Bank line on the 900G side. I am pretty sure those are filling the "heavier oil" role for AMF. I don't know what is in store for AMF in '13, but I don't exactly see them putting something out in terms of an OMG since they just released the Mamba Hybrid. Just my 2 cents.

+1, they have a great deal of balls out now that hook a lot and designed for heavier patterns and on the Global side, the Freight Train is one of the most aggressive balls on the market, symmetric or asymmetric.

With both Mambas at 4000 grit and that super-strong core, they're very strong balls for the average release. If you took them down to 1000 grit and drilled the core strongly, even the most speed dominant bowler should be able to handle some fairly heavy oil.
For some rev dominant bowlers, they might need polish for some fairly good amounts of oil. Since i"m slightly rev dominant and bowl on medium oil, at most, when I'm very lucky, I can't even consider them.
