Title: Pure Adrenaline.
Post by: AMF300bowler on June 29, 2015, 12:12:51 PM
I am getting my AMF Pure Adrenaline drilled this week. I want it drilled for length and back-end. While not a professional bowling ball reviewer, I'll let you know how it works once I get a few games on it.

I demo'd the ball recently and really loved how it rolled. Not too snappy on the back end but still strong.

I got the ball drilled last night. I bowled games with both the Pure and the Pure Adrenaline. The Pure has a rounded arc to the pocket. The Pure Adrenaline has a down and snap to the pocket. On shots where the Pure hit the pocket and left a 10 pin, the Pure Adrenaline hit the pocket and still managed to kick out the 10 pin.  That's been my biggest complaint about the Pure, too many 10 pins on certain pocket hits. I'm planning to use the Pure Adrenaline in league tonight. I'll let you know how it goes.

Scores: 246 - 213 - 227 = 686. Scores should have been higher, but I missed three easy spares with my spare ball. This ball hooks late and with has plenty of carry. I like it. I have the pin above the ring finger if you need to know.

I think the AMF Pure Adrenaline likes synthetic lanes over wood lanes. Tuesday's league scores were on wood lanes. Last night's league scores are on AMF HPL synthetic lanes. The ball really reacted better with a stronger breakpoint and finish with more power through the pins on the AMF HPL's. Scores last night were: 235 - 257 - 228 = 720.
