Title: Thanks to Eric Thomas
Post by: stormed1 on February 28, 2009, 03:59:18 AM
Last Saturday during warmups my N-Code cracked halfway around the ball. I had purchased the ball from Tekneek so I contacted him first about warranty. He had me contact Eric and send him pics of the ball. I sent them off Sunday night. Lo and behold Monday morning when I checked my mail I already had an answer from Eric and the ball arrived Thursday.
I just wanted to thank Eric and his staff for outstanding customer service!

I have not had much direct contact with Eric or the crew at 900/AMF but I have a good friend of mine that placed an order from Eric.  When the case of ball arrived there was one missing.  He called Eric and without question or comment he said that was nat a problem and not to worry another was on the way...What a company.  I don't know how things are run in Hopkinsville or where ever Storm has their headquaters but I hope they run ship like this guy.

I have started my 900 and AMF endeavor just early this winter, and it they are where I intend to stay.  I now have my pro shop open and I hope to get some Global products on the shelf.

I can't believe Eric has all these additional screen names. That's how he gets noticed he posts great things about himself under alias screen neames. Nice Touch.

47 tomorrow and 57 on Friday.  You got that right!

I was up there (well, much further north) Feb 20-22nd and they were supposed to get 6-8" of snow.  Sounds like you picked the right time to visit!
