On the first night of league, I shot a 300 game with the AMF Angle Evolution Extra. Let me tell you folks, this ball is about 18 years old and yet has more backend than most modern day reactives. It is so angular that it creates a vortex through the pins.

Please tell me this isn’t a copy and paste review..

I assume its more a figjam (gratz by the way) than trying to push selling a two decade old ball (unless you are kidding in which case I knew that). High scores with gems are sweet for sure.

I was having fun with it. Dusty old gems need love too. ;D

The Extra shapes very similiar to Global 900's The Break, Black Eagle, and Black Ops. The only difference is that the Extra needs a little more dry to make its strong flip. Love that angular shape!

I thought I had one of those on the shelf NIB but I looked for it and it was gone. Must have sold it.

You are missing out a gem that has not aged one bit. Out of all the particle balls back in the day, the Angle Evolution Extra has the best look on today's THS. Actually, the Extra rivals my Roto Grip Idol pearl on the backend but the Extra seems to get down the lane a bit more with a polished finish and hydroplane a bit more in oil.

They were on closeout for $40 from some place that didn't really sell bowling stuff. I bought a few cases.

It's too bad 900 Global has killed the AMF brand. It had some great balls that few used.
