No, it's an AMF Ball with a new core. You'll just have to wait until Expo to see the 900 Global Ball.

THE HEI$T.

The Heist is a solid reactive and the weight block is a 4-piece with flip blocks on top and bottom. Given the characteristics by ET, I did a basic label drill as I do on all the balls that I test that have a 4-piece. I've always sworn by solid reactives' just because I feel they're the easiest to control and give any individual an easy read off the corner. I went 268 and then 234. This ball rolls kind of like the original Radar with more roll in the front. I've need a ball like this for a long time. I'll keep you guys posted after I bowl league tonight!

Are you sure that you are not talking about the Orbit Extreme being blue.  That is a Blue solid but the Heist is a Maroon color.

If nobody minds...check out the Hei$t links on the site below...thanks, Aussie, for hooking me up!

http://tmadrecki.googlepages.com/amfhei%24t%28s%29

Once I get one in, you can expect a video.

On a side note, compare the Burgundy to the old (okay, recent) Track Arsenal Artillery. Both balls feature reactive covers, with a compound finish, with almost identical quad density cores (the numbers are A BIT different; the Hei$t has a slightly higher RG and a slightly higher differential, probably due to the slightly larger bottom flip-block). Granted, one could find such similarities with a ton of older Columbia, Track, and AMF equipment, but I figured it was reasonable to point out given how recent the Artillery was. For reference, here is the link:

http://www.trackbowling.com/gear/balls.cfm?bid=57

In any case, both the Blue and the Burgundy look like they should be pretty versatile. And cosmetically, I actually like the fact that they are both quite simple -- I can see, though, how it might make for a tougher sell (for those folks who impulse-buy round brightly colored objects).

The Heist is a GREAT ball... ill put it nice and simple

If the Radar and the Night Hawk got together and had a baby, the burgandy heist would be it...this ball is SOO readable just like the nighthawk, and gives you that power with control you got with the original radar...doesnt overreact, just gives you one big sweeping hook

Like others have said it may not be flashy, but that will be the only thing that holds this ball back...i have found my new benchmark!

All it is missing is the ceramic piece in the middle of the core.

Heist core = "NEW"??

OK...to me it looks a lot like the core in my Reaction Roll and some other Columbias I have seen from the past.  Primal Rage almost??

Revmaster....EZ Money.  Ehhh....it's going to roll really early.  Hopefully it's not an instant cornerpin like the Revmaster.

it does want to roll real early...but the cover/surface seems to push this thing just enough to not burn early...real big arc...i actually haven't left alot of corners with it either, mostly 4's, 9's and the occasional "tru tap" 8

I know our style/roll are SOMEWHAT similar DJ, from looking at your stats before you have a touch more speed and a few more degrees of tilt, so stay tuned for my video and then you may be able to make a better judgement...

AMF isn't in the bowling ball business proper, they only make lanes, scoring, and pinsetters.  Before the buyout, AMF had licensed the rights to make bowling balls under the AMF name to Columbia 300, C300 (or a division of them) did the core and cover designs, manufacturing, and promotion of AMF bowling balls.  C300 did not "own" AMF, they only licensed the name and trademarks to make bowling balls.

I'd imagine that the new arrangement is the similar.
