I just got an AMF Ti-Hawk and I'm wondering if it's any good for light oil/dry lanes when it's polished?

Not really. Medium light oil is as good as I can "allow". Solid Super-Flex is just too strong for light oil, UNLESS you're talking a 6" pin, tons of polish and high ball speed.
