Still no word on AMF's Future?
« on: March 02, 2007, 02:59:41 AM »
So I take it that there is still no word on the future of AMF bowling balls?  And am I to assume by the lack of activity here that most former AMF'ers are changing to another company?

I've heard some rumors from reps:

They met with Brunswick and others have actually come to them so I assume they are weighing thier options and will hopefully do something by April.

If they really met with Brunswick...

Imagine a modified Tower Core with an Octane derivative cover!

So much for the name though...A(meR/Xican)MF...

Don't really like hearing Brunswick is involved. Know people having problems with the Mexican-made brunswick gear! Getting crappy pins, cover not as advertised, etc.!  Brunswick never has matched up to my game either. So guess I'm going to have to change to something else if AMF doesn't find a "donor" pourer soon!
