can some one recommend some amf balls for med,med-heavy conditions?

Triumph, TNT, Max Velocity are the best for medium/medium oily lanes in the AMF300 line. All 3 bowling balls are excellent, and the covers are easily tunable. Hope this helps you out a bit.
