Post by: ecc0_9879 on November 11, 2009, 06:43:20 AM
I dont get it 180.99 on the strike and 208.99 for the area I really doubt it can be that much better than the magic action at 130 wow is azo hopingthey can find some suckers. As bad as elite which i threw all there equipment anbd didnt find super striking power in them so what is so special. imo price gouging.

The weird things is that this new line is more expensive than the old ones that few people purchased.  I have no opinion on how good these are.  But not many folks will find out at those prices.  I still have one of my old AZO/Lanemaster balls that i still use today.  Good ball.  But i would buy a Lanemasters over AZO's newer stuff in a heartbeat on price and quality alone.  Not to overshadow the many other quality products out there right now.

Small companies have to make a profit too. If they had a backing of pros and years of rep like storm (which makes AZO i think) they could lower prices

I just want to know which pro shops have the Magic Action for sale. It doesn't release until December 1, 2009...

I suppose it is either an "exotic" bonus (nothing else, IMO), or the attempt to translate the (much) higher equipment price level from Asia to the US - which is IMO a dumb decision. Just for comparison: a high end ball from ABS costs in Japan about $450... Just the ball!

I like the gear they produce, ealrier rolling than Storm and a little more controlable, good hitting power and it is Different! I like being the only guy with a certain type of ball, kinda sucks when you have 5 VG's on the return rack.

As for the price... I may not like it but ehhh, everything has a price, I will probably buy from my pro shop guy anyway, so the online price doesnt bother me.

That's probably a massive pre-Lanemasters ball?
