I have several sets inserts, all brand new and unused. You can have them for the price of shipping. I no longer use Linds.
(6) St. Ives. (2nd fastest or slipperiest, red bottom)
(6) Buckskin, (less slippery than the St. Ives, black bottom
(5) St. Louis, (Less slippery than Buckskin, tan bottom)
(3) Rubber, for the sole, blue bottom.
I have them in a tube but if I put them each in a plastic bag, I can ship them first class mail. Should be in the $2 - $4 range at most. That''s for all of them! I even have the little gizmo that pries them from the sole.
