You probably know this but in case you do not, they are also called Contour Power Grips.  Some place may list them as this name.

Are you a Pro shop or a bowler ??

Does anyone know how accurate the thumb hole size is in these sleeves?
The reason I am asking is because one pro shop I use can drill a 61/64" hole in my ball and/or slug and it is perfect. The other shop I use once in a while can use the same size bit per the 61/64" number on the bit and the hole is tight and has to be worked out. So if I were to order some of these sleeves LL asked about, how do I know if the sleeves will fit or have to be worked out or what?

Don't mean to hi-jack your topic LL, but was unaware these sleeves existed and am curious to try them.

PS: does anyone know it these sleeves are Vinyl or Urethane?

LuckyLefty...do you know whether the sleeves are Vinyl or Urethane?

Have you used them in the past?

The Contour sleeves are vinyl. They used make a urethane one and they came in light blue.

I used them for about 20 years until the PBA decided that if you got caught with them in a ball it was a fine/possilbe DQ. Until the early 90's, they were pretty much the only guys on the block in the grip game.

The vinyl ovals are easy to install and trim down. If you find they are too tacky, you can take a small piece of 320-600 grit sandpaper, wet it, and smooth them out quite a bit.

It was a product registration thing I think.  Different rules back then.

Those sleeves are vinyl, and just so you know the round ones are tapered, they get smaller as they go down.  I think Vise makes a round vinyl one.  Not sure if Pro Sports makes a round one or not.
