3-4-5 Combo bag question
« on: May 11, 2009, 06:54:18 AM »
I was looking at getting one of the Kr 3-4-5 bags or just a KR 4 bag, until I came across this brunswick bag.  I really like the color.  Its looks very similar to the KR 3-4-5 except the pockets. I have looked at different bowling websites, and cannot find this color.  Do you think sports authority actually has this color.  I would love to get a bag with this color.

I wonder why there bag shows black/charcoal/navy on it.  I agree their price is outrageous.  I was just curiuos about the colors on the bag since I have never seen those colors before on any other website.  And even on their own website it says black/charcoal no sign of navy but the pic shows something else.

The bulk the items they have are disconned. They probably bought wholesale close out lots from etonic, brunswick and ebonite.

I had the same problem with the handle. Most of it was me being lazy and just dragging the bag up over curbs, but K & R warranted it and sent parts with no hassle.

I do not order much K & R, but there customer service is amongst the best.

I have had mine since Valentines day and my handle broke on one side to where it pulls out to far in the first month. I do drag it up curbs and some steps, but who wouldn't I don't want to pick it up every time. They should have made the handle much more durable.

What really upset me, even though I think I just got a faulty one, because I couldn't see this happening with everyones bag is my single ball bag that sits on the top of the bag is already broke to, funny thing is it happened the very first time i took it off. I went to put it back on, and it would not go back on, there was a rip in the zipper located on the bag that would not let me zip it back together.

Needless to say i am going to send it back in to get it fixed sometime soon. They better replace both parts for free, this bag has been a hassle since I bought it. Lets see if this 5 year warranty holds up.

for those  of you that have had the handle pull out on one side and either come out or want to come out.. are you using the ball joey on the handle..

Mine has done the same thing for some time and I thought it was the ball in the joey hitting the button and allowing the pin to come out and allow the handle to pull farther..

On the one of the bags I had I put a block of rubber to prop up the ball higher than the button.. I thought it seemed to fix it..

maybe there is another issue..
