KR Eliminator Double Roller

Has anybody had any problems with the zippers on these things?

My top shoe compartment keeps pulling apart - I'll zip it closed and then look down and half of it will be open again.  I end up having to fight with it to get it to unzip correctly.

I think they are supposed to have a 5 year warranty, but I don't know if it covers the zipper - I don't see anything wrong with any part of the zipper, so I don't know how it would be fixed.  I bought it in 2004, but I seriously doubt that I still have the receipt - bought it from Buddies, but I don't know if they keep records that far back.

Call KR customer service, they will probably be able to help you.. They have a 1800 number, just not sure what it is. Check out yahoo and you will find it. I think they are in chicago..

hey 777, all you have to do is get a pair of pliers and pinch down on the pull at the zipper. It is opened a little to much and is not closing  your teeth properly.  Mike
