Etonic ESS Stabilite Interchangeables- review
« on: March 01, 2010, 09:07:35 AM »
So I picked up a pair of these online and was pleasantly surprised with them. I always liked the fit and push off sole of the Etonics but when I first tried them before they had interchangeable soles I didn't like the slide. Called Etonic and the guy in charge told me to send my shoe to him and he would put on another slicker sole.. they were still way too sticky so I never used them again..figured I would give them another try now that they have changeable soles and heard they redid the material composition on their fixed heels..

I'm overly picky about my footing and I was able to put these shoes on and just bowl. I didn't have to adjust , break in the heel,  or get used to the slide.  Shoes feel very sturdy and fit well (once I got the right size)
I would still like the ability to change the heels since I bowl at a lot of different houses.. I may just make my own velcro heel like has been suggested on here.

FYI.. I wear 13 in Dexter SST6 and needed 14 in these.
