Title: ABS Heel

The ABS heel with the little dots/nipple looking things tend to flatten out and become another flat rubber heel. I like that heel. Where can I get one if they sell them?

How are the new custom heels? Do they work well?

I don't think they sell this heal out right but contact dyno-thane via the web page they will help you out with one.
