The only shoes prior to the abs' I got last week I have owned that had inter changeable soles/heels have been dexters. What I want to know is when you use the cleats HOW DO YOU SET THEM UP? Do you use all of one cleat or do you mix and match?
I am asking about the cleats because I am wondering what kind of slide I will get with them.
I only have one complaint about these shoes. I think that Dexter better provides an explanation of the amount of slide/no slide each heel and sole offers.

What you use for cleats is a personal preference. I use the felt cleats to attain the most slide. I do know a few people who mix and match their cleats to attain different levels of slide. If I'm not mistaken, the shoes come with 3 sets of cleats: charcoal colored, tan cleats and orange cleats. The charcoal is felt which give the most slide, the tan is a step up and the orange leather ones slide the least. Mix and match and find the combo that works best for you. Good Luck

EX: there's a slide guide on the Dynothane.com page under shoes. Mix and matching cleats with give a number of slide combinations...setting them up is a matter of personal preference, trial and error if you will. The color of the cleats are the same slide potential as the solid soles.
