Title: bag problems already

I just got the kr se 345 and have had it about 2 weeks and guess what the hanle already popped out an will not go in cause the plastic holding it came out with it i am very very upset with this this is the secon kr bad experience any one else with this problem with either the brunswic or the kr se 3-4-5- option bags??? well i guess i get to fight with kr tomorrow

mine is all steel housed in plastic and it pulled right out i am pretty grumpy about it too i will be calling kr tomorrow personally and getting my money back or a replacement

kr is a good outfit, and they will make it right.

I called kr and they said they are going good on it I am exchanging it fo the 3 ball visionary bag and a 2 ball tote the handle just cant handle 5 balls

anytime a customer has something defective,  it's a hassle.  but with kr, they will always take care of it.
