3G Tour Ultras - Question about repairs/warranty

A friend of mine bought some Tour Ultras on my recommendation.  He has had them around a year.  The soul on his non-slide shoe split from one side to the other.  He has quite a bit of discomfort because he basically has no support when he pushes off.  Does anyone know what recourse he may have or who to contact to get 3G to replace the shoes?  Thanks

I would start with contacting whoever he bought them from. If that isn't successful, then give 900 Global a call. They still are the distributor for these.
