The Mongoose Lifter is a very nice and popular wrist support where I bowl.. I use one, it's under 40 bucks..

Not for nothing,A while back a shattered my wrist in a karate tournament.Use tennis balls and racket balls .squeeze them for strenth. I started using the strong arm by Storm. You can bend it at the wrist up and down and lock it.You can also move the wrist part side to side. The great thing I liked about it was, even if you don't have the strong arm cupped it still allows you to cup it .It allows you to bend the wrist even in locked position. hope that helps a little

The Robby's original Gladitor will lock your wrist and arm just like a cast. With it on, it's almost impossible to bend your wrist.

Robby's original Gladitor : As far as locking it place like a cast, is that what i want, i mean i never broke my right wrist so i dont know how long it will be before i can be w/o anything on my wrist, id rather have something that adjust, so i can slowly work it off to nothing...like stiff , to more movement to, none

Well you can adjust the Robbys Revs II or the Moro Pro Release Extended. (not the regular, but the Extended)

The Robbys is very light. You hardley know you have it on. I use one now after using the Moro for 5-6 years.
The Moro Pro Release Extended is heavier and longer, but may offer more support.
