Has/does any body have these shoes, if so how do you like them?

I did not realize a bowling shoe company had put the BOA system in one of their shoes. I am intrigued by this...

They are comfortable and wide. The Lace System is ok and tightens up pretty well so its not terrible. A little tough to break in for me. I would have a pair of emergency shoes though just in case the laces break. But overall a pretty solid shoe.

Lace breaking is an issue some have had with golf shoes with a BOA lacing system. For those looking for reviews they can look at the Foot-Joy golf shoes with the same system.

THanks for the info. They are a neat looking shoe. Always wondered how the BOA would feel..

Thanks, good to know.

Definitely worried about the laces breaking, but Dexter has a lifetime warranty on the BOA. Love the wide fit and the push-off sole from the tanks. Thinking of getting the Black ones (without the BOA) as a backup.

I have used BOA in golf shoes and it’s never been a issue with breaking. I believe BOA was developed for ski boots.

I've had my BOA's since they became available. From having the BOA system on hiking shoes for years i've been a big fan and I was in the market for new shoes as my third pair of SST9's snapped on the push off foot (i'm convinced Dexter has a problem with the shoes that can be RH or LH by just changing soles, I continuously have had failures on my push off foot with the base of the shoe cracking and splitting at the flex areas).
Rambling complete, the new SST6s with the BOA seem to be made with a different leather, very similar to the SST9s, they are wider than the SST9s, and extremely comfortable. I've gotten a good bit of games on mine and am a toe dragger and have seen virtually no wear on the shoes and i'm extremely happy with them so far.
