I have a question about the heels. I use the H2 Heel and from wat i understand that is the tackiest heel the 8's come with. Now my question is that im getting a size 8.5 and i was going to get the h1 heel for my traction sole. What size heel should i get. Small or Large since both seem to fit by sizing chart.
