SST 8 sizing?

I'm thinking of going to SST 8s from SST 6s, but I'm concerned because the description of the 8s indicates that they are using a different last than previous SSTs.  Anybody make this move and find that they needed a different size in the 8s? Or can give us an idea what's different in the sizing?

I will be going from 11D to 11 Wide.

Thanks.  Anyone else?  BTW, I'm left handed, and am going to a wide width because I finally can.  I've been squeezing into D's because I've had no other options.

I have a pair in 9 1/2 and I wish I'd gotten a 9.  I had a 9 1/2 in my sst4's and I wear a 9 in nike.

Same as above 1/2 size smaller then my sst4's.

I went from 10.5 SST5s to the 8s, stayed with 10.5 and they fit fine.
