Title: Dexter SST8 LE Problem
Post by: Azaelv on July 30, 2015, 01:13:47 AM
Hi guys,

Does anyone have this problem also? My traction sole is loose due to my approach, I´m a toe dragger I guess and now sometimes the front part of the sole goes off and im having approach issues, any ideas on how to fix this? Thinking on putting glue on it  >:(

this is a very very very very very common and notorious problem with the sst8. which is why the etonic 9s... i mean dexters 9s came out to fix that flaw for toe draggers. i mean if your not planning to change ur traction sole ever you can do what i did super glue lol but it will ruin the velcro w.e. you can try bringing it to a shoe repair shop see if they can fix it. i went in there to before to repair a shoe i had and ask if they can fix bowling shoes they said yes so you can give that a try if u want.

I´ll give it a try, rather spend 20 than getting new shoes lol, was looking at the brunswick TPU red and black, they look good!

You can also try this - it replaces the sole on your toe and protects the shoe from the dragging - I had the same problem, and this worked.
