tour ultras
« on: December 01, 2008, 12:56:47 PM »
Hey all, I have a pair of tour ultras, and the first eyelet on my slidefoot came apart, the metal seperated still attached on the shoelace. I was just wondering if this has happened to any one else, if this might be common, or just some weird happening.

Thanks

this happened to me too about two weeks ago. I just put the lace through the hole in the leather. Im going to use them until they break. there comfortable and dont feel like spending money on dexters. I have had the shoes about 3 months. It might be a QC problem. Mine were the sport elite.

The sponsor that I bought them from ship close to me, turnaround time for these was sent on Tuesday, received a new pair today.  I just shipped the shoes only no accessories or slides, forgot to grab the heel.  They sent me a complete set, full package.  They were awesome to deal with.  I just hope it doesn't happen with these too.
