help with my tour ultras
« on: September 12, 2006, 11:46:45 PM »
anyone have to go thru the customer service side for the dynoroozs shoes? they were pretty good at sending me new shoe laces when they broke within 2 weeks, but now the lining inside my shoe is starting to come loose, in fact so loose that it is balling up and causing a blister/discomfort on that side of my foot,

I have a note into them to see if they will fix them, but my question is has anyone on here had to use this and are they good about replacements, dexter was great, I would hope dynothane would be too, seeing as how expensive these shoes are and they are only 5 months old

They should fix them, but I've had 2 pair and never had a single problem with either. The first pair I had for 3 years. Only thing I did to them was replace the toe cap after the 2nd year. Contact Billy and see what he says. He is a great guy.

Try Rubber Cement.  I had the same thing happen to mine.  Called D/T.  Phil happened to answer and said to reglue first with rubber cement and call back if that didn't work.  It did and I'm still using them 3 years later....
