Well, I was down at the ABC's and spoke with the guys over at the Storm/Dexter booth. I was told the 7's are coming in June or july, probably June for the big show. The only info I was able to get was that it would have a toe guard like the ABS shoes. Apparently there are a few players using them. I am posting this so that maybe some more info can be posted as it becomes available. It was hard for me NOT to buy a new pair of ABS Tour Ultras while I was down there. They are quite comfy and I like the toe guard, something I wish my SST 6's had. Either way, if anyone knows anything else about them, please share the info.

i don't need a new pair of bowling shoes right now---my sst 6 lx's are doing just fine. but if i was buying a new pair they wouldn't be sst 7's. these have to be the ugliest bowling shoes i've ever seen. thank goodness dexter still makes the sst 6 lx.

I would like to buy a toe cap for my old sst 5s!

Wonder if toe caps will be purchasable?

Huss,
  Just get some Shoe Goo and put around the toe. Mine started coming apart, and that stuff works great. If that wears out, just apply some more.
