Does anyone know if you can put a tappered or oval thumb sleve into the inner sleeve of any of the interchangable thumb products?
I'd like to switch to the interchangable thumb system, but don't want to go away from the oval thumb insters. I typically use a 57/64, but would want a couple sizes due to swelling.

I have done it for about a dozen customers so far with the IT from VISE. Best part of it is you use either the 1 1/4 or 1 3/8 solid drilled out for the sleeve and you can bevel A LOT WITHOUT getting the ball it self!

the switch grips come with slugs already in them 1 1/4 size. you can easily drill the size of your sleeze in the slug and have no worry.

I have used Switch Grips for almost 5 years now and ONLY use an oval thumb insert. You can get the Switch Grip inner sleeve blank (1 1/4) and then be able to put in an oval or tapered thumb. Key is to get the blank inner set then put the sleeve in to make sure you get the angle exactly how you want it before you set it in the sleeve.
