I just want to give a positive shout out to KR Strikeforce. I emailed them a picture of a tear in my current bowling bag that was still under warranty and they shipped me a new comparable bag - no questions asked.
That's just great customer service and you don't see that everyday.
:)

wish dexter handled there customers the same way..

KR is a straight up great company. Always has been.

+1
The quality of their bags and service has been excellent. Even though I can buy bags from (insert ball company I'm loyal to), I always buy the KR bags and totes because they are durable.

Bought my nephew a KR Strikeforce one ball tote, really liked it. What do you think of the KR Strikeforce Orange Krush and/or the KR Cruiser?

I have the Krush Triple Roller and I am extremely happy with it. Great wheels. Great storage space and design - durable too. Best 3 ball roller I've ever had.

Thanks you guys have helped.

Totally agree. I had a Brunswick 6 ball bag that had a tear. I sent pictures and KR replaced with another 6 ball bag. I would only by a bag that was made by KR because of their excellent service and warranty.

Does KR make Brunswick's bags? I've had a two ball Brunswick bag for years. Put it through some abuse. I don't own a car so dragged it on to the bus and put in other people's cars. Wow.
Can this be confirmed, Strikeforce makes Brunswick bags, or am I not reading the last post correctly?

Yes, have for a good.long while.

KR used to make Brunswick bags, but their contracted ended and they partnered up with EBI a couple years ago. Not sure who makes the bags and accessories for Brunswick now.
But anyways, if you want the KR quality and customer service go with something branded Columbia 300, Ebonite, Hammer, Track, or KR Strikeforce. Just make sure it's one of the newer items so it actually is KR product.

Well, I see how out of the loop I am lol.

It's crazy on what company makes what thing. To know Columbia is made by KR helps me. Was unsure about columbia, one on Ebay I am now comfortable purchasing.
