Title: linds shoe discs

how do they connetct to the bottom of the shoe, i was thinking about getting some of the discs and maybe trying them on my dynorooz but it doesnt seen that they are held on by velcro.

My Linds Exxxtras discs DO use velcro.

cool ill order some of the discs then and see if they work
