got it in today, gonna go try it tommororw and hopefully its as good for me as it is for many other people. stuck it in my fury today jsut to see how it felt and actually felt quite nice. tommorow will be the true test though when i go throw the ball.

I just placed an order for my second batch of carpet.  I love the stuff..always had a problem of oval thumb and circular hole (don't have milling machine).  Previously I would drill my thumb a size bigger and then build up white tape in the front and black in the back (about 3 whites and 6 blacks) to make an oval.  Now, I drill the hole 1 size larger, slide a piece of carpet in the back and maybe one piece of white in the front and its perfect.  I always have had trouble with my thumb swelling (most noticible with my spare ball becasue mid-way through the night it would start hanging, causing me to pull spare shots).. not any longer.. my spare conversion has increased dramatically.. really helps with a clean/consistant release.  Something that everyone can appreciate.  Really a great product.
