Another SST8 Question

Noticed that the new SST8 (black/gold) also come in wide sizes.

I currently own a pair of SST6's in size 8.5m and have no issue with the width.

Should I stick with 8.5M in the SST8 or go with the 8.5W ?

i dont see the reasoning behind this. if you git comfortably with normal width why go wide in new shoes from the same company.

SST 6 has a wider base than the SST 8...it has the widest base of the SST's...

Ah.. And that's probably why I didn't have an issue with the width.   I have a pair of New Balance MR993GL which I had to buy in a size 8.5 EE.

Also keep in mind, the sst 8's run a 1/2 size larger. I saw this on one of the online bowling stores. I ordered mine 1/2 smaller than I usually wear and they fit perfectly.
