Size for Tri Dex heel

I would like to get one of the Tri Dex heels for my SST6's just not sure if I need a small, med or large.  Shoes are size 9 1/2 wide.

well i have the medium one on my size 11 and it is just alittle big for it, i like it because it makes my wobbly old self more stable though. I believe the small would be the right one imo.
