Dries fast, but make sure it is before you start.  IT BURNS! (Just letting you know.)  just "paint" it on with the brush.  Pretty straight forward.

If the cut is still raw, the new skin will burn some.

Put alittle around the damaged area. Then take one of
the patches and place it on that area, the stuff there
will help hold it there. then paint it with the newskin
till well glued down.

Think of the patch like fiberglass cloth and your patching
a hole in your car. The patches are doing the same basic thing.

Some brands of NuSkin had both the patches and a small ball of cotton.  Aloarjr810 described how to use the patches and the cotton was similar, just take a small piece of cotton, pull it apart slightly and apply it over the area you want covered, then put the NuSkin on top.

Some bowlers used to just put the NuSkin on, and then they lit it with a match, making sure to blow it out before they actually burned themselves.  I guess that made it dry faster.  I wouldnt recommend doing that.

If you don't want the burn, use your typical Super Glue. Won't burn and gives you the same hold. Just cant gaurantee it is healthy for ya, but I use it all the time for no burn.
