I had the Hammer version of the Fastbreak and I hated it for 2 basic reasons:

1. very little storage.. They have a zippered pouch on one side of the bag but nothing on the other. Thats a total waste IMO. The top zippered bag is OK, but your shoes goes in there so that part as very little extra storage..

2. Its very heavy and bulky with 4 balls inside. The top ball moves all around as there is nothing in there to keep it in place..

I have heard from my pro shop guy that Ebonite has made some improvements on this bag and it will be released soon in their 2005 bag collection.

Its a great concept, but until they add more storage and somehow make that top bag removable, I am not interested in another one.. I can just use a 3 ball roller and a single tote for alot cheaper than the asking price of that bag..

I have the fast break 4 bag from Ebonite.  I like it very much compared to my columbia300 4 ball roller.  I think my ebonite bag is easier to load into my trunk as compared to the columbia.  FB4 is easier to roll around crowded bowling centers, I know I sound like the advertisement.  The large wheels make it easier when rolling over steps, curbs, etc. Sometimes I don't put a ball in the top compartment.  It does make it noticeably heavier, and besides there is no need for 4 balls on a 2nd shift league so normally I go with 3. One spare ball and two strike balls.

The fastbreak 4 inline breakaway has a top compartment that breaks away.  You can also use it as a two ball bag too.

I sometimes use the extra ball compartment on top for storage sometimes.  Sometimes I put my towel, wrist support, heels and soles in there for easy access.
