customer service is not a thing of the past----at least not at dexter. i've had my sst lx's for 8 months and the top plastic eyelet split in half. i mailed then to dexter and in 4 days they contacted me and informed me that i would get a new pair. even though their warehouse inventory showed no shoes in my size they worked with buddiesproshop.com to get me a replacement pair and they'll be here in less than a week. thanks dexter !
