Make your own shoe
« on: January 06, 2016, 02:59:31 PM »
I've seen a few bowlers in my area make their own interchangeable heel/sole bowling shoes by putting velcro on the bottom of a dress shoe or gym shoes and buying their choice of dexter/brunswick/storm heel/sole.  Sounds like a neat way for customized shoes?

Has anyone on here tried this?  pros/cons?

if so do you buy regular velcro or is there a special kind you use?

Industrial Strength or Industrial Strength Low Profile

I made a pair from Chuck Taylors back in the 90's
was more of a spoof than anything, but cool to have something no one else had
