Title: Toe cap replacement on Dynaroos Shuffler
Post by: yeehayashi on June 29, 2012, 01:25:56 PM
I am trying to find the correct toecap replacement for an older version of the Shuffler.  The original toecap wore out prematurely because I drag the toe during the slide.  This was a grey toecap.  When I bought the grey toecap available for the 3G Shuffler, I found the thickness of the replacement toecap was too much; is there a place to find a match for the Dynaroos Shuffler or do I go with one of the yellow toecaps for the 3G Tour Ultras?

You might want to check with Eric Thomas at 3G/Global Monday when he is back from Expo. 1-800-424-2695

Thanks for the advice RaiderBoy.  I'm really hoping I can find the right replacement because the shoes are still in great condition with lots of life if i can get the proper toecap.  :)

Eric should be able to help you, I have replaced many toe caps on customers shoes, it can be tricky the first time but it not impossible. Once you put the replacement top cap on here's a tip to prolong the life of the new one. Take a pieve of athletic tape apply it over the rubbed area where you drag your toe, sometimes takes two pieces side by side to cover the entire area, by doing this the tape acts like a shield when it begins to wear out pull it off and apply new tape. I have two guys I bowl with both were going thru a cap or two per year, when we began using the tape over the damaged area we have yet to replace another toe cap, they both wear TUS. So much for kevlar.
