What are they? Does anybody use them? How do they compare to other inserts? Saw them on their website, and thought I might give them a try. Thanks for the help.

You can use any pair of inserts to emulate the vacu gips. It's really the drilling technique that creates the effect, not the grip.
Fingers swell and contract on a daily basis just like other parts of the body (hey, no x-rated jokes, ok?). The vacu grips were developed to give the fingers the same feel regardless of swelling or contraction and they do this quite well.
I tried them earlier this year but they felt too mushy for my release style. There are though many people that really like them.
